Best Teriyaki in Town! I recently visited Teriyaki Bistro, and I have to say, it was the best teriyaki I've ever had! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed with the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. I ordered the spicy chicken teriyaki, and it was absolutely delicious. The chicken was perfectly cooked and seasoned, and the teriyaki sauce was just the right balance of sweet and savory. The rice was fluffy and well-cooked, and the vegetables were fresh and flavorful. In addition to the food, the service was top-notch. Overall, I highly recommend Teriyaki Bistro to anyone looking for the best teriyaki in Sammamish/ Issaquah. The food is exceptional, and the service is outstanding. I can't wait to come back!

Came here absolutely by chance to have lunch and was pleasantly surprised. The prices are about the same as in similar eateries, but the portions are large. I recommend it!

This place is fire. Don’t listen to the negative reviews. Us Teriyaki enthusiasts know that a great teriyaki experience only comes down to one thing... the food. And the food here is the best teriyaki in the Issaquah area. First, this is the only place that has the garlic cream sauce. You may come to realize that when it comes to teriyaki, you can’t live without it. It goes with everything and any amount of it improves the dining experience. Next, the options at this spot are more plentiful than most teriyaki places. Instead of just having chicken and beef, spicy or regular, this place has multiple types of chicken as well as a delicious sandwich option. I believe they have other types of meat as well as like seafood but I could be wrong (never tried them). Lastly, the chicken itself always tastes great, never too dry in my experience. Some will argue other places have better meat quality and that may be true, but this place is at least a B meat wise, with A sauce. The rice is perfect as well and helps fill the corners if you’re still hungry. I don’t care if it’s a bistro, a cafe, a food truck, or a bum on the side of the street. If the food tastes like this, I will keep coming back. 5 stars.

Great location , parking is across the main drive in the big parking lot. Watch out for speeding cars. Lots of parking, but not near by. So good!! Ordered a number 2 spicy garlic chicken! Awesome taste is very well balanced, not to spicy, teriyaki is not over powering very good! You guys should definitely start serving fried rice, I loved that fried rice!

Excellent. I used to visit here more than 10 years, management seem changed several times but they’ve served good all the time. I recommend beef with skewed prawn teriyaki. Or you could go combo - when taking out to home then their combo will serve two enough if you have some rice/noodle/bread to have with. My favorite is Beef/Chicken teriyaki combo. My friends love to have gatsu (pork cutlet) but unfortunately they seem they don’t serve it any longer.

Seattle is home to Teriyaki because you can easily find as many Teriyaki shops as Starbucks in Seattle. As there are so many, it is difficult to find a good one. Teriyaki Bistro is my favorite teriyaki shop in the Seattle area. It is located in Issaquah right next to Fred Meyer where Best Buy and Home Depot are located at. There are plenty of parking spaces. Because of its location, a bit far away from my place, my family and I have always ordered takeout every time we drive by - especially, visiting Lake Sammamish State Park or Snoqualmie Falls. Please don't forget that they are closed on Sundays. They have a HUGE selection of foods to choose from - chicken, beef, salmon, prawn, tofu, sandwich, and salad. Their fake plastic food displays (something you may have seen in Japan) are amazing to watch - I bet those are useful visuals to help customers understand what they are ordering. It's also good to see they got an "Excellent" food safety rating from the county. As I've tried all their dishes over the past 15 years, I can personally comment on almost all. My "favorite" dish is Super Combo #4 (Beef Teriyaki Teriyaki Chicken). The portion of the food is big enough to fill anyone's stomach. Both beef teriyaki and teriyaki chicken are tender, juicy, and delicious with grill taste. The salad on the side is fresh and perfect with their very addictive sauce. Their food typically comes with 3 different sauces - teriyaki, creamy garlic, and spicy garlic sauces. I even bought 18-oz bottles of both creamy and spicy garlic sauces for 6.50 each, and my family often applies the sauces to any combination of foods from sandwiches to salads. As the pandemic might play out longer, this place has the best Covid safe practice I have seen in town so far! And outdoor seating is available to enjoy the food. So if you are in the mood for teriyaki, this is the spot!

Used to come here a lot years and years ago and it is just as good as I remembered. They are true to their slogan, they didn’t invent teriyaki but they have perfected it. My expectations for tofu teriyaki were low but Teriyaki Bistro did something incredible with it. My partner got the spicy garlic chicken and was equally impressed. Portions are generous, we made two meals of it, and they provide extra sauce without asking. Service was quick and friendly. Reasonably priced.
